Self-Defense Designed for Women & Teens

Our training focuses on practical awareness and self-defense skills designed for real-life situations. You’ll learn how to recognize potential threats early and apply techniques that rely on leverage and positioning rather than strength.

Training includes hands-on instruction so you can practice the movements and understand how the techniques work.

What you’ll gain:

  • Leverage-based techniques that are proven to work against a larger, stronger person

  • Training that neutralizes the most common threat scenarios as identified by law enforcement and survivors of assault

  • Awareness strategies to reduce the risk of becoming a target

  • Confidence and protection that comes from knowing what to do in real-life situations
